Background
'Twas a lazy and early Sunday morning when I logged in to check new posts. Noticed something about Pheromone Treasures, and out of curiosity, clicked it.
John Loda aka bonadzz had posted a thread re-introducing himself and introducing his new company. He was also offering to send his products for free to 5 lucky testers. So I sent John a PM asking if he would consider a tester from Asia.
John replied within a few minutes and responded that he'd be happy to send me some of his products to test.
After a few back and forths, John very kindly and generously arranged to send out a full bottle of Desi and samples of Auraental, Aura of Amity, Captain and Alpha Treasures, all scented in Cold Water, for me to test here in Southeast Asia.

During my mone journey from '09 till now, I've only had one pure social, S.O.E. I've stuck religiously to it, since for me, it is a roller-top bottle of scented oily GOLD. However, I feel that it is now time to expand my horizons and see what's out there in terms of pure socials to compare with S.O.E. So Aura of Amity squares off against Scent of Eros in The Pillow-fights of the Socialites.
During our PM exchange, I mentioned to John that I've been looking to try out an A314-alternative, and John agreed that I should try both Captain and Alpha Treasures to see which would be more suited to my body chemistry. In his own words (emphasis mine):

Pheromone Treasures is easy to navigate, and products are laid out clearly on respective pages. Their return policy is spelled out in easy-to-understand words and is consumer-centric IMHO. They even have an online chat function to make customer service accessible from anywhere in the website.
I was happy to note that Pheromone Treasures also sell single molecules at reasonable prices, along with a choice of carriers (alcohol or oil) that consumers can select from when adding products to cart. From the website:
Individual product descriptions are clear and formatted in a font that's easy on the eyes. Dunamis Duo's page even includes a chart which makes the product's modus operandi super simple to understand in just one glance.
The feature I like most of all is the dosage advice on each product page. It is the first time I have seen dosages clearly laid out by WEARER'S ETHNICITY, and takes a lot of guesswork out of the equation. The message I get from this is "start testing from this dosage and fine-tune for your body chemistry thereafter."
Like single molecules, it would also be good if a choice of carriers could be offered in the future for pheromone products, except of course for products like Dunamis Duo. This would give consumers like me, who live in always hot-and-humid climates, as well as those who live in usually-cold climates such as Nordic countries, the option to choose a carrier that is climate-and-season-appropriate vis-a-vis longevity & sillage.

Saving the best for last in this first post, I'd like to thank John with all my heart for his generosity as well as enthusiasm to support testing catered to each individual tester.
He certainly did not have to send out a full bottle for testing, let alone so many products, for free. However, his enthusiasm and sincerity shone through his words, and the distinct message I got was, "I'll support testing the way YOU prefer. Here you go, this is what they do, try, test... ENJOY!"

Alpha Treasures is similar to Captain in terms of what it is supposed to do, but has a different blend than Captain and is definitely determined by the user's natural pheromone chemistry as to which one is best for them.
As for how Captain compares to A314. Alpha Treasures is actually more like A314 when it comes to the aggressive/intimidation kick to it. But Captain actually sounds exactly what you're looking for. I spent a lot of time on Captain making it more of a "leader" feeling where people WANT to follow you, more than the leader feeling like Alpha Treasures where they feel they HAVE to follow you.
