Long sleeves are frustrating.

I wear a suit for my place of employment and live in Michigan so long sleeves are a must pretty much all of the time for me for work or winter clothing. I'm constantly worried about the pheromones rubbing off on the insides of my sleeves, how does one combat this dilemma or should I be worried about it?

I'm not sure if I want to put 3 to 4 different mones on strictly my face and neck, maybe with long sleeves place the mones on the outside of clothing? Thanks for the insights.
