Hello members. I've been using mones since July, and I've been on a wonderful fitness plan even more recently. Also, I finally got some medical intervention for adult ADD & a pretty severe anxiety disorder. Those three things combined have changed my life dramatically. Why did the stars not align this way when I was in college? ![Angry Angry]()

Well, I'm happy to start down the road of self-improvement even if I am finding the path late. As a married man (late 40's), I am less likely to look for "hits," and my goal is not to woo women. Still, my confidence and desire to interact with others has increased significantly. As an overall plan for self-improvement, I want to continue to hone my ability to navigate my way through various social and work-related situations effortlessly and without anxiety. Can you recommend good literature or resources for this? I assume there is some PUA literature that might help in this regard (even if my aims are different), but I'm open to suggestions. I'd like to pick one or two books that are time-tested and not hokey or overly canned in their approach.
