Did I accidentally get sent scented xs pheromones?

I'm a total mone noob. I just got my first order in the mail from pheromonexs, Xist and Taboo. I was also delighted to see that I got a sample of Bliss and Cohesion. I just tried Xist and Taboo to see what they both smell like and for some reason they both have an overpowering strong smell but kinda weird. Like a cheap chemically smelling cologne, very much like Axe body spray. Needless to say it is quite headache inducing on first sniff. Is this normal? I'd read before hand that pheromones smell more like a body odor... I looked at the bottles and the receipt that came in the mail and it doesn't say anything about scent on either one.

EDIT: the model numbers for my cologne are XS105A and XS113SM (XiSt and Taboo respectively)
