So I ordered the Love Potion sample pack on a Saturday and received it the next week on a Monday, not bad since the shipping is free. Came very well packed, no leakage. Also sent me a tracking code, which I always like.
Cost 30 dollars for 15 mL of samples... also came with a cool black pouch, Plus 5 free samples - as I mentioned Pherotruth![Smile]( "Smile")
So...
1) Love Potion - Homme - Like this scent, can't pinpoint what it smells like though, very unusual and different.
2) Love Potion #9 - a unisex blend, Nice - reminds me of CK1 or eternity for men. fresh and light with hints of citrus.
3) Elementary for Men - Like this too - Again, smells like a cologne I've never smelled before.
4) Excalibur for Men - Smells like CK1 with a spicy kick! I likey
5) Merlin's Blend for Men - LOVE this fragrance. Very earthy and grassy, reminds me of a forest. I will be buying this for sure.
6) Pashazade for Men - Phero Enhanced Fragrance - Very nice, smells like Chai Tea to me, spicy hot black pepper with a touch of sweetness and notes of lemon, cinnamon and clove. Will be purchasing this one.
7) Super for Men - Phero Enhanced Fragrance - I'm on the fence on this one, don't dislike it, but not something I'd wear
8) Teddy Man for Men - Phero Enhanced Fragrance - Neutral on this one too. but like with all scents, beauty is within the nose of the beholder.
9) Voracious for Men - Phero Enhanced Fragrance - LOVE this one, will be buying it. Smells like fresh ground dark coffee and dark chocolate.
10) TMI - Phero Enhanced Fragrance - TMI - too much information - probably something like connections from XS - gets people to open up and talk - Smells very light and very clean - I dig it
I also ordered Sorcerer II with pheromone blend, super sexy for men - Really unusual scent again... but I like it!
With the pheromone enhanced products I couldn't detect any mones, and all the scents lasted about 10-12 hours. These were also oil samples.
bottom line... Love Potion makes very unusual scented products... I've never smelled colognes like this before... before this, I was kinda trapped with the average over priced commercial blends... where so many of them smell alike.
Also... our friend NuTrix has a very cool thread where she is using Love Potion colognes to scent her unscented pheromone products... you can follow her experimentation here. I always appreciate when others do the footwork, saves me some peace of mind and a lighter wallet![Smile]( "Smile")
