How to use Hypnotica (dropper)??

Total noob question, i know, lol.

I just got Hypnotica in the dropper bottle. I have never used any cologne before, so I don't know how to use it.

Do I just put 1 (or more?) drop on my finger, rub it with my other finger, then rub onto my neck? or how else to I do it if that isn't it?

i'm 19 and using it just for work and social (i have an interview this week and hoping to try it there first)
