HORRIBLE Experience with ALPHA DREAMS

I know this gonna cause a backlash from some guys here but hey we say it like it is.l am going to chronicle my pain with Alpha Dream recently.

First, Full disclosure; l have enjoyed the way Alpha Dream do business, promotions comes to mind for instance. But surely not this time around.

So in December 2013, l ordered L2K 1 & Glace separately. l then decided it would be good to pull both orders together to cut on shipping costs.Alpha Dream obliged. Good.

When I received the order, however, there was only one bottle of Glace in there. This was communicated to Amara through email. Intially she she thought this was a hoax.She even sent me a short "sweet" email, "You received only one bottle? ?????" Seeing that the answering machines were not cutting it for me l called Chris straight. (Note) l am from South Africa. Amara then called back that night and the matter was 'resolved' pretty well.l understood. Hey we're all human so human error.

l then received an email that my L2K had been shipped through DHL's 3 day service . Good. Very good. (Note) My intial order was a 3-day service too.Later on l received another email saying that the same package has been shipped through USPS! Really?

I happened to be holidaying in the Cape at the time.l badly wanted to try the L2K since l had heard good things about it.Time was of essence. So l went ahead and placed another order of L2K & Glace (3-day DHL ). Sad the L2K didn't do it for me.

So by the time the product reached our shores, I had decided it wasn't for me.l had the postal service return it (intact) on 28/02/14. No.l didn't even touch it.

So on 13/04/14 l emailed Amara checking if the product reached them and to refund me (minus their shipping costs of course).I then emailed her two additional times and l got no response ..Zilch, nada, NOTHING. I even forwarded my last communique with her to Chris on 24/04/14.I also wrote personally to Chris to dig deep into the contents of that mail. NOTHING. I did left messages on their answering machines.NOTHING.

SO here's what happened;
1. Contents of the order were short.
2. vendor didn't want to admit mistake Intially
3. Vendor sends product through DHL's quick &
easy 3-day service.
4. vendor decides against it and sends product

USPS' lntenational priority mail which takes 10
business days at least.
5. Product gets returned. Communication channels
opened. emails ignore. so are voice messages.

My account , gentlemen. Shit hits the fan
