Mixing Wolf and NPA together 1-4?

I was thinking about mixing wolf and New Pheromone Additive to together 1part New Pheromone Additive 4 parts wolf ... Can these be mixed together?

Also I would like to mix New Pheromone Additive 1-4 with cologne ... When this is done... How may sprays should be used?
