Application?

I have some really dumb questions about application.

For pheromones I have two oils, a spray, and a roll-on. I also like the scent of Polo Blue.

I'm a little bit embarrassed to ask this question, but I don't even know how to apply this stuff. Usually I get cologne in a spray and give one squirt to each side of the neck and I'm off. But the Polo comes in a bottle.

What I've been doing is putting my finger ofter the opening, tipping it over, then applying it to my neck over the pulse points. So that's like two applications.

I then more or less do the same thing with the oils, though they are a little harder to apply. Am I supposed to add the pheromones to the Blue or apply them separately? They are PherX and New Pheromone Additive.

The application of the spray and roll-on are pretty obvious, but how much?

Any input would be helpful.
