Cologne+Pheromone mixing on skin

I've read everywhere that whatever your application order is you let the first dry before applying the second.
What happens if you spray mones on your neck and before you spread it you spray cologne on top and then spread them together?Are there any disadvantages?

I'm asking because since my Corpo silicone base has gone bad it dries too fast and I think diffusion is affected.I want to mix it with the alcohol in the cologne as best as possible before spreading.
