a314 - Has this happened to anyone

Hi,
I ordered a314 from Andriotics Direct. Not sure what revision it is. I ordered the oil version as well as a314 togo spray edition. Both of the products I tried using SOLO and combined with mix but have not seen any effect at all.

I have used a314 + IS = no results
a314+Instant Honesty = No results
a314+NA+IS = no results
a314+AV= no results
a314+AV+NA = no reults

Wondering if this is a good batch of a314? should I return it or exchange it?
