Total newbie, eager for experimentation!

Dear all,
I am an absolute beginner in pheromones. I am quite familiar with the basic literature on human attractiveness, and as far as dating is concerned, I have managed to make significant progress by utilizing principles derived mainly from evolutionary biology and evolutionary psychology.

Yet I find myself too often stuck in the 'friend zone', or even worse, the 'wise uncle' zone. While my being tall, athletic, eloquent and supportive is appreciated and, dare I say, does create some attraction, there is a distinct lack of that raw, animalistic element associated with more masculine, uncomplicated , down-to-earth types. Moreover, while I manage to establish trust and openness rather easily, new acquaintances often perceive me as too educated, too agreeable, too safe. Eventually, I usually find myself in the 'psycho-analyst' or 'counsellor' role; or, for the Jungians out there, the 'magician' archetype.

My aim in experimenting with pheromones is to initiate and sustain interactions grounded on (loving) Dominance and (sexual) Playfulness.

I received my very first vial of an unscented pheromone compound today. It is 'Contact 18' from http://www.pheromones.co.uk , allegedly a simple androstenol and androstenone compound. I do not know whether it is a wise choice for a beginner or not, but the price was low, and the reviews rather positive.

I intend to wear it along with my Armani 'Attitude' cologne which has already received very positive comments form female friends. I certainly do not excpect anything spectacular, but I am curious to see whether there be a perceivable change in the behaviour of women with which I am already acquainted.
