Social Mones for Work/Sales Environment

Hey question for anyone that use mones at work.

Do you recommend some brand over another? or should I say which mones are effective for social interaction more like sales type of job?

I want that side effect that makes me feel more confident and people perceive you as more accessible to talk to

Anyways any input is appreciated
