I was really excited to try some of their products. I ordered a314 with an included bottle of Turn Up The Heat on back on the 6th. Come the 11th, I still never received it so I called to find out what was going on. After I was finally able to get a hold of somebody, the lady tells me that my order must have slipped past her and she'd have it sent out right away, and for the inconvenience she even added a bottle of IS for free, which I thought was really cool. Come the 14th, I STILL don't have my package (it's supposed to be FedEX'd overnight shipping) So I call back and she says the system was down and it would be shipped out that day, and I'd have it the next day. The next day comes, I still don't get anything. So I call back yesterday (the 17th) And ask again where my order is. Then she tells me she's really sorry but now, they're out of stock on the a314. So I ask for a refund, which she says no problem. I ask how long it should take and she said since I used paypal it should be almost instant. Now here we are to day and I still haven't gotten my money back. I'm so upset with Androtics Direct and I really doubt I'll ever do business with them again.
