am working on listening to the alpha male subs and confidence subs, after looking at the other threads i couldn't get an idea of how long people listened to them in a day. for example i read a thread where the person did subs for 5 days and 2 days off but am not sure how long you are suppose to listen to them per day or do you listen to them through out the whole day. Can you guys post you exp, meaning what you listened to and what was your schedule of listening to it that got you results that you wanted. Am planning on experimenting with this and maybe i can finally get a decent journal going on the forum, Thanks
