Creating Subliminals

First off, a shout to our main man AS33156, who has quickly acquired legendary status here at PT. I am very much in debt for the subliminals he shared with all of us.

I first started using Inner Talk a few years back, and believed subliminals didn´t work. Actually, now I realize they work, but have to be listened to for extended periods. This is where Real Subliminals (courtesy of As33156) shines, with their silent track option. You can loop them, well, pretty much indefinitely. Inner Talk suggested listening for 30 mins at least everyday. And that´s what I did and saw no results.

Last year I started working out agains after being out of shape for the last 5 years(P90X), and was making awesome and fast progress. After the 9th week I got a bad case of gout, and just finally recovered early this year. I wanted some subliminal specific to my injury and gout, and overall health, but couldn´t find one that suited my specific need. I decided to make my own subs, since, now I realize it is rather easy. I did one for my specific health and workout needs. I am into my 7th week of P90x, feeling great, injury and illness free. So I believe this self-made subs work and work well.

So I thought it would be appropriate to share with all you guys how to make your own subs.

What you need: 1. Voice recorder-you need to be able to generate an mp3 or wav file with your subliminals(affirmations). You can use a file online converter in case your voice recorder saves files in some other format. 3. Your favorite tracks in mp3 or wav format.

2. Audacity- http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/This audio editor is a gem; easy to use.

So, to make your own affirmations just use some simple rules. Always state them in the positive form. Like "I am a non-smoker", or "I am cigarette free", or "I have clean, healthy lungs". Do NOT use the word NOT. Do not word your affirmations like "I DO Not smoke". I am not psychologist nor NLP expert, but these seem to be the "right" way to word subliminal affirmations. According to the experts, the brain filters out the word NOT so your subconscious gets the uninteded twisted message "I DO smoke".

Use you voice recorder to generate a track with about 10-20 affirmations. If you need some ideas Real Subliminals and Subliminal MP3, share their subliminal affirmations.

Import your subliminal affirmation track and your music track into Audacity. You´ll end with your music track and subliminal track. Then, when you export them into a single track you have your music track with a subliminal affirmation in it. Simple. Well, you´ll have to play with the wave form of the subiliminal track, to bring the volume down to where it does not become "too intrusive" with your songs.

Of course, the easiest to create are the silent tracks.

So there you go, in a matter of minutes you´ll be creating you own subliminals in your favorite music. Enjoy.

Best,
Chaotic
